To estimate, measure the width and height of the wall area (in feet or meters), multiply for square footage, then add ~10% extra for cuts and waste. OTILE ships nationwide across the U.S. Order processing time varies by product (stock vs. special order), but most shipments occur within a few days. Some tiles (especially natural stone) require sealing to protect against moisture and stains. Porcelain, glass, and glazed ceramic tiles are generally more forgiving. At OTILE, product descriptions include whether sealing is needed. For cleaning, use mild soap, avoid abrasive cleaners, and reseal stone tiles periodically to maintain their appearance

Many of our tile suppliers provide warranties on tile integrity (cracking, frost resistance, etc.). While each product varies, OTILE ensures we only carry high-quality tiles. If a tile is marked for outdoor use or frost-proof, it meets those performance standards. We’ll provide all manufacturer warranty details on the product page.
